Along with Daves passion for community causes and experience with non-profits, he brings a hands-on approach and several years of marketing management expertise to his role as CEO. Before founding Willems Marketing in 1999, Dave served as vice president of marketing and vice president of corporate and community development for Network Health System. He received his degree in Communications from UW-Green Bay and his experience spans everything from business development, corporate image and reputation management to advertising, media relations and public speaking.

Paul Willems
COO & Principal
What you might already know
In his role as VP and COO, Paul heads up administrative and development efforts for the company, works closely with team members and clients to ensure quality control and oversees the companys direct marketing venture Money Saver Magazine.
What you should know
Pauls wide-ranging business and marketing expertise includes years of civic and government involvement with positions serving as a Green Bay alderman and Brown County Supervisor, Green Bay Administrative Officer, assistant to two Green Bay mayors and as the District Director for former U.S. Congressman Jay Johnson. He also has extensive experience on the entrepreneurial side of things as owner of several small businesses in addition to serving as senior vice president of sales/marketing and executive vice president for corporate development for an international entertainment firm. Paul graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Urban Analysis (planning). While attending college, Paul served two years in the VISTA Action Program as neighborhood center coordinator for two Green Bay programs. Paul worked eight years in sales, marketing and management in connection with the tribal gaming industry.
What you probably dont know
Paul holds two patents related to the development of wireless electronic bingo devices and has created and produced an innovative television bingo game show (Minnesota 900 TV Bingo). Paul served as a battery commander (captain) in Vietnam and earned three Bronze Stars (one for valor). Paul is vertically dyslexic. He believes he is in the top 5% of all golfers.
